In This Video, we are going to talk about one of the most common problem while applying filter the problem is that when you copy filter data some time its happen it copied hidden cells also and when you past it somewhere it paste those cells which we do not want but it happen some time not always Ill show you.now, in this case, the data we have in voice number product, sales, region, date,quantity , price and total income here what we want is I just want to look up the data which is of the north region Ill just select the complete database by pressing Ctrl+A over here it will selected then I press Ctrl+Backspace It will take me towards top of the data. then I press Ctrl+Shift+L to assign the filter now we need to see only the north region so when I click on this it shows me for all the regions but I deselect this uncheck this and check only north and when I press ok this is the data we have for north.have a look and now you can see that the rows are hidden that is why you can see

A shadow copy is a snapshot of a volume that duplicates all of the data that is held on that volume at one well-defined instant in time. VSS identifies each shadow copy by a persistent GUID. A shadow copy set is a collection of shadow copies of various volumes all taken at the same time.
Configure a shadow copy Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage. Right-click Shared Folders, point to All Tasks, and then click Configure Shadow Copies. In the Select a volume list, click the drive that contains the file share resource that you want to create a shadow copy for.
Windows operating system allows you to access the Shadow Copies by right-clicking on the file/folder/drive, choosing Properties and then Previous Versions. However, this feature might omit some of the shadow copies. ShadowCopyView displays all of them.
Go to File Save As. Click the Tools button then General Options in the Save As dialog window. Check the box next to Always create backup. Be noticed that the backup copy saves in the same folder as the original one, if you meet hard disk failure or virus attack, you may lose the two filed simultaneously.
Select the picture, AutoShape, WordArt, or text box that you want to change. On the Format tab, click Text Effects or Shape Effects Shadow. To add a shadow, click the shadow style you want. To remove a shadow, click No Shadow.

With Shadow Copies for Shared Folders, users can quickly recover deleted or changed files that are stored on the network.
