Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
Click File Print. Under Settings, click the second box (which defaults to say Full Page Slides), then under Print Layout, click Notes Pages. Notes Pages prints one slide per page, with speaker notes below. The Preview Pane shows you what each layout option looks like.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Slides group, click the arrow below New Slide, and then select Reuse Slides. In the Reuse Slides pane, click Open a PowerPoint File. In the Browse dialog box, locate and click the presentation file that contains the slide that you want, and then click Open.
Add Notes Via Notes Page View. To access the Notes Page view, youd need to go to the View tab and in the Presentation Views section, click on Notes Page. There are so many things you can do on the Notes Page. You have full control of what you want to add to your slide notes here.
Select the text you want to copy, and then on the keyboard, press Ctrl+X to cut or Ctrl+C to copy. Go to the slide where you want to paste the text, and on the keyboard press Ctrl+P to paste.
In PowerPoint, press Alt+F5 to start Presenter View preview at the beginning of your presentation. You will see Presenter View on your screen with the slide, your notes, and what the next slide/build will be. Presenter View takes up the whole screen, so you will not see the controls for your Zoom meeting.
Speaker notes help you remember what to say when you present. Print them, or use Presenter view to see your notes, while the audience sees only your slides. Add speaker notes. Slides work best when you dont cram too much information (especially too much text) onto them.
Add notes to your slides On the View menu, click Normal. Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to. The notes pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type whatever notes youd like to add. To hide the notes pane, click the Notes button. on the task bar.
