hey there crystal again today we are importing an OST file from Outlook and importing it into Outlook so OST files and PST files PST files yes theyre personal but they normally like to need to be backed up OST files are files that are when youre in offline cache mode so youre in a plane youre writing up some emails and theyre in cache mode on your outlook as soon as you get connected to a network again they dont have to be backed up your network recognizes it and it will actually upload it into your computer you can actually take that OST file and upload it into your new profile in Outlook so really nice here I am an Outlook and Ill show you the steps so I have an OST file that Id like to import Im just going to go to file and open and heres the import right here so of all the choices here Im going to import from another program or file and notice in the description it has PST and OST in here when I click Next Im just going to choose the OST file thats in this list this is

Highlight the row(s) you want to cut/copy by clicking/dragging on the relevant row number(s) on the left of your sheet. Right click, choose cut or copy.
To copy a style, hold down the Control key and drag the name of the style from one list to the other. If you do not hold down the Control key when dragging, the style will be moved from one list to the other. The style will be deleted from the list you are dragging it from.
Simply upload your ODT file, select to convert it to DOC or DOCX and then download the new files. You can also free open-source word processors like LibreOffice on your device and then use these to open ODT files and save them into Word format.
Option 1: Open both spreadsheets; in the source spreadsheet go to the sheet to move and right click on the name tab at the bottom of the sheet. Select the option Move/Copy Sheet; in the dialog that opens select the spreadsheet you want to move the sheet to and the location in the target spreadsheet and click OK.
Copying a table Click somewhere in the table. From the main menu select Table Select Table. Press Control+C or click the Copy icon on the Standard toolbar. Move the cursor to the target position and click on it to fix the insertion point. Press Control+V or click the Paste icon in the Standard toolbar.
