In the Preview app on Mac OS Mojave, it is easy to split and merge PDFs. You can view a sample PDF with four pages and split it into two separate documents. One with the first two pages and another with the last two pages. This can be done by deleting pages individually or selecting multiple pages at once. Additionally, you can undo any changes made by using the Command Z shortcut.
