Add page numbers to slides and notes On the Insert tab, click Header Footer . In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Slide number check box, and then in the Starts at box, type the page number that you want to start with on the first slide. Click Apply to All.
Select the slide or slides you want to copy, and then on the Home tab, click Copy. To select multiple sequential slides, click the first slide, press Shift, and then click the last slide that you want. To select multiple non-sequential slides, press Ctrl, and then click each slide that you want.
Open both presentations: the one you want to copy a slide master from, and the one you want to paste the slide master into. In the presentation that has the slide master you want to copy, on the View tab, select Slide Master. In the slide thumbnail pane, right-click the slide master, and then select Copy.
Duplicate a slide In the pane on the left, Ctrl+click or right-click the slide thumbnail that you want to duplicate, and then click Duplicate Slide.
In the Header and Footer box, on the Slide tab, select the Slide number check box, and then in the Starts at box, type the page number that you want to start with on the first slide. Click Apply to All.
To move multiple slides at the same time, hold down the Shift key as you click to select consecutive slides (Control if they are not consecutive), then drag them to the new location. You can also select slides and copy and paste them into a different presentation.
Click Home, click the arrow next to either the Bullets or Numbering button, and then click Bullets and Numbering. Tip: To quickly change the style of a bulleted or numbered list, just click the style you want in the list that appears when you click the arrow next to Bullets or Numbering.

Duplicate a Slide Select the slide you want to duplicate. Click the New Slide list arrow. Select Duplicate Selected Slides. Press Ctrl + D or right-click the slide and select Duplicate Slide.
Add slide numbers to your presentation On the Insert tab, select Slide Number. On the Slide tab, check the Slide number box. If you dont want a number to appear on the title slide, also check the Dont show on title slide box. Select Apply to All.
