Just a note, Microsoft recently announced a new feature called Threaded comments. This means you can reply to one another in Excel, and you can keep track of it, and they still kept the existing comment feature though, thankfully. But this resulted in a change in feature names. So, what me and you know as an Excel comment is gonna be called an Excel note. The new comments have a Reply box, which is actually another great feature of Office 365. So, in this video, Ill be talking about what will be known as notes in the future, and comments for now. So, lets jump in. To copy your comments and suggestions, simply select Make a copy from the File menu and check the box for Copy comments and suggestions or Copy comments.
Moving and copying sheets are not allowed in protected workbooks. To check if the workbook is protected, go to the Review tab Protect group and have a look at the Protect Workbook button. If the button is highlighted, it means the workbook is protected. Click that button to unlock the workbook, and then move sheets.
Copy threaded comments or notes to other cells Select the cell or cells that contain the comments that you want to copy. Press Ctrl+C. On the Home tab, click the arrow below Paste, and then click Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, under Paste, click Comments, and then click OK.

Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V will grab every comment and add it to the bottom of the text after a paste.
To copy a comment, follow these steps: Make sure you are viewing your document in Draft view. Highlight the comment mark in your document. Press Ctrl+C. The comment mark and the associated comment are copied to the Clipboard. Position the insertion point at the location where you want to copy the comment. Press Ctrl+V.
Use Copy and Paste Link to automatically transfer data from one Excel worksheet to another Open two spreadsheets containing the same simple dataset. In sheet 1, select a cell and type Ctrl + C / Cmd + C to copy it. In sheet 2, right-click on the equivalent cell and go to the Paste Link.
Insert the note in the fist cell of the column and then click on it and then press Ctrl + Shift + down arrow key to select all the cells in that column. Now just press Ctrl + Enter.
