Heres the process step-by-step: Right-click your PDF in File Explorer and click Make Secure PDF. In the View Watermarks and Print Watermarks tabs, tick Add Text Watermark and enter %DateTime% in the text box. Apply any other controls and press Publish. Open your PDF to view the date/time stamp.
