okay you know I figured out how to copy and paste this is how you do it lets go over to here and lets use Denises name were gonna copy it Im gonna come over here and were going to paste it and you see down here paste special click on that and then click on unformatted text and then okay and you have the name and its not blue its not live like this one watch see if you click that one its actually a live link so it turns out just perfect so now you can copy and paste and you can get all the names correct without even thinking in fact I have never done that on Excel and Im gonna start copying pasting the names it sure is a lot easier but thats how you do it
