hello everybody Chris here and today Im going to show you how to change your margin settings within openoffice writer this is a very simple process but I know its very important to a lot of people out there especially those who are in school or doing business reports you got to have your margins right so in order to get in there its very simple all you got to do is right click somewhere in this gray space and then click on page now this is going to bring up the page style dialog and may open up straight to page and menu go to organizer usually its the last tab you had open here so under the page tab click on page if you if youre not already on it youll see margins in the bottom left-hand corner here now by default theyre set to zero point seven nine inches each but you can easily change them by selecting the text inside changing that to one or whatever you want to set it to 14 1 inch of course I put a decimal point if you need something more specific than that and type it in all
