Re: Paste TO visible cells only in a filtered cells only copy the formula or value to the clipboard. select the filtered column. hit F5 or Ctrl+G to open the Go To dialog. Click Special. click Visible cells only and OK. hit Ctrl+V to paste.
Select the cells that contain the data or other attributes that you want to copy. Click the first cell in the area where you want to paste what you copied. On the Home tab, under Edit, click Paste, and then click Paste Special. Paste all cell contents and formatting, including linked data.
Copy cell formatting Select the cell with the formatting you want to copy. Select Home Format Painter. Drag to select the cell or range you want to apply the formatting to. Release the mouse button and the formatting should now be applied.
The solution is using the Formats option of Excel Paste Special. Select the cell with the desired format and press Ctrl+C to copy its content and formats. Select the entire column or row that you want to format by clicking on its heading. Right-click the selection, and then click Paste Special.
