When you copy text from a pdf file, like this one, to a Microsoft Word file, you sometimes encounter line break issues. To fix this, Im going to first mark the beginning of the paragraphs with some characters, say xx. Then Im going to press Ctrl H on the keyboard in Word to launch the Find Replace dialog box. Then type character code ^p in the Find what field -to find paragraph marks or line breaks. Next click in the Replace with field and just hit the space bar once Then click Replace All. The line breaks are now all gone. But the paragraphs are gone too. So it is time to utilize the xx I typed in earlier. Press Ctrl H again for the Find Replace dialog box. Type xx in the Find what field. Type caret p in the Replace with field to replace the xx with paragraphs. Click Replace All and there you have it.
