Find the drawing tools Go to the Review tab and select Start Inking to display the Ink Tools and Pens tab.
The Ink Replay button on the Draw tab was mistakenly hidden from view for some users of PowerPoint 2016 on devices that aren't touch-enabled. This mistake has been corrected in version 16.0.
On the Ribbon, select the color drop-down menu. If you're changing a shape color, it will be under Format -> Shape Fill; if you're changing text color, it will be on the Home tab in the text drop-down menu, and so on. Click Eyedropper.
To get access to the inking tool, just click on the Review tab and click the Start Inking button. A new tab will appear called Ink Tools. See the ribbon in Figure 2. The default tool is the pen, but you can quickly switch to the highlighter.
You'll find Photoshop's Eyedropper Tool in the left-hand vertical toolbar, which also contains the Crop Tool, Clone Stamp Tool, Magic Wand Tool and Brush Tool. While the toolbar is its home location, you can also find the same functionality in a number of adjustment menus, as well as the color palette itself.

To add Ink annotations in Microsoft Office applications, select the Review menu, and select Start Inking. If Start Inking does not appear on the Review tab in your Microsoft Office application, change the Pen Operation Mode setting in the projector's menus.
Draw/write what you want. Select the pieces you want to animate (usually you'll select everything you just drew). Click the “Animation” tab. Click “Ink Replay.” (see image below; if it's not clickable, it's because you haven't selected the pieces you just drew).
