hello this is a demo video to show how to duplicate a page having field names without copying the field name lets see how we will do it this is a video available available form you can see that this these are the fields having names date time data name passport id number type of test drop down link and this is a second video having the same name date time date of birth name passport id link type of test what happened when when we have to add a similar page what generally we do is to rename this pdf to a different pdf and just select both and combine files in acrobat option we will choose and after combining the file we get two similar pages page two and scroll up to go to page one so we get the two similar pages in a single pdf but lets say if i combine these two to a single pdf then if we can see that the field names are same here also theres a name theres a few call name all field having the same name so because of this even if we got the two pages having the same structure but i

Select the form field, and do one of the following: To copy the form field to the center of the current view, choose Edit Copy, and then choose Edit Paste. To copy the form field and move it to another location on the page, Ctrl-drag it.
Right-click the field and choose Duplicate from the shortcut menu. In the Duplicate Field dialog box, leave All selected if you want the field to show on each page, or click From and type the page range, such as pages 1 to 4.
