hi im george and well be using a photoshop elements copy and paste technique to merge this foreground picture here into that background picture okay first thing we need to do lets just get that out of the way and ill dock this right here to make this easy i have floating windows set up go up to edit come down to your preferences and general make sure that this check box right here allow floating documents in expert mode is checked okay the first thing we need to do is to remove the background from this person make a selection around just the person and to make that as easy as possible im going to first make a duplicate of the background here there we go lets hide the original this is just in case this is a safety now go up here to this background and i want to increase the separation here its a little bit close along the edges of the arms out here so lets increase that separation and we can do that by increasing the contrast in here so lets go up to enhance come down to lighti

Example: I, Jane Smith, swear that the information in my sworn statement is truthful to the best of my knowledge and understanding. Your statement of truth must be in the first person and you need to identify yourself in it.
