hello vents in one of our videos Swati has asked to make a video about how to copy mathematical symbols and formulas from webpages to ms word so in this video lets look at that so I have Wikipedia open here and we have a formula like this so Ill just select it and press ctrl C to copy it to paste that in word I see a big blank space and then the EQ one so what is happening here so lets go back to Wikipedia if you right click this you see it is an image so if you open the image in new tab its actually a SVG image that you can check by right click and inspect so in the elements you can see that it is an image file which is of SVG format so word Microsoft Word does not support SVG format thats why we do not see the image but the other thing to note here is in the inspect so in the image tag that is an alternate text available so if you see this text here so when you paste this in Microsoft Word so I am pasting it so click this clipboard icon and then say plain text so now you see so
