hello chocolate-chip cookie fans Im Kevin reefa and this is my sands three minutes max today and for the next couple of days were gonna be talking about a great artifact on the windows system called the volume Shadow Copy and the volume Shadow Copy is essentially a copy of all of the files on your computer created at least once per week but it can be created more frequently depending on whats causing this to happen now understand what I just said a complete copy of your entire hard drive all of the files on your hard drive once per week so that means if I delete files today and empty my recycle bin I can go into the volume shadow copies of last week or the week before or the week before that and I can recover those files in fact if we manually create them and they also get created for various other reasons I can go maybe just a couple of days back and so lets have a look at this and find out where do these things live now as we look on the computer we right click on my computer and

The Incident Report Form 5800.1 is a written report required by Section 171.16 of HMR that must be submitted within 30 days of a hazardous materials transportation incident, as defined by the HMR.
Answer: As specified in 171.16(a), each person in physical possession of a hazardous material when an incident occurs must file a Hazardous Materials Incident Report on DOT Form F 5800.1 to the Department.
The following types of incidents do not require an immediate report, but do require the written incident report to DOT within 30 days: Any unintentional release of hazmat or discharge of any quantity of hazardous waste; Certain damage to cargo tank trucks; The discovery of an undeclared shipment of hazmat; and.
Under 40 CFR 302.6, EPA requires persons in charge of facilities (including transport vehicles, vessels, and aircraft) to report any release of a hazardous substance in a quantity equal to or greater than its reportable quantity, as soon as that person has knowledge of the release, to DOTs National Response Center at
This means that when the conditions apply for completing the report, the entity having physical control of the shipment is responsible for filling out and filing DOT Form F 5800.1. Generally, the entity having physical control of the shipment during transportation will be the carrier.
A Hazardous Materials Incident Report must be updated within one year of the date of occurrence of the incident whenever: (1) A death results from injury caused by a hazardous material. (2) There was misidentification of the hazardous material or package information on a prior incident report.
Answer: The answer is yes. A copy, written or electronic, of the incident report must be available within 24 hours of a request for the report by an authorized representative or special agent of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and must be retained for two years.
