A common issue with Microsoft Forms is that users cannot move a form from one group to another once it's created within a group. As an example, the narrator created a webinar feedback survey in the wrong group (M365 support instead of M365 webinars). Microsoft only allows moving a form if it's personal to a group; if it's already in a group, the move option is not available. The workaround involves opening the form, selecting the three dots in the corner for more options, and choosing 'collaborate or duplicate.' From there, users can select 'share as a template' to generate a link to duplicate the form, creating an exact copy without any previously submitted responses. If responses are needed, other steps should be considered.
