hi my name is Jamie Joyce and Im here today to tell you how to change the settings in your google drive so that whenever you upload a microsoft word document or a powerpoint it will automatically convert it into a Google Doc or a Google slides first you can go to your Google Drive and up in the top right hand corner you will see a wheel that says settings if you click on that and click settings there will be a spot that says convert uploads checkbox that convert uploader files to Google Docs editor format and click done now when you go to new and you upload a file like Im about to Im uploading a Microsoft Word file it will automatically upload it as a google doc and it converted it same thing will happen with powerpoints so when I click on new file upload and I find my powerpoint it will automatically transform it into a Google slide and now I have it in my google Drive as a Google slide and I can edit it and save it there hope this helps have a good day
