The easiest way to convert your document and preserve image quality is to use a PDF tool like docHub online services and follow these steps: Click Select A File and choose your Word document, or drag and drop the file. Sit back as Acrobat online services automatically convert your document. Download the PDF.
Rotate clockwise Shift+Ctrl+Plus. Rotate counterclockwise Shift+Ctrl+Minus.
Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format and then choose Word Document. Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, the Acrobat Word converter will run text recognition automatically.
Open the Word file in Microsoft Word. Click File, and select Save As. Click Browse to choose the location where youd like to save the PDF. Select PDF from the drop-down list, and click Save.
However, if you want to edit the PDF file, go ahead and open it in Word. Word makes a copy of the PDF, converting it to a Word document and attempting to match layout of the original PDF. You always have the original PDF file, in case you dont want to keep the version that Word converts.
A quick fix is to open the Word document and select File Share Send PDF, as your Mail app and you will be able to share a PDF attachment of the file. Another reason why you cant save a Word document as PDF is because the app cannot find your file.
I save Word documents as PDF files regularly by opening the document up in Word (Office 365), then selecting File Clicking Save As Then clicking the drop-down file type selector to Select PDF (*. pdf) Then Click the Save button.
