In this video tutorial, Omar demonstrates how to prevent copying content from a PDF file. By selecting the "Print as image" option in the advanced settings of the Microsoft print to PDF printer, you can create a protected PDF file that prevents text from being copied. This is useful for sharing documents during presentations or research without the risk of content being copied easily.

What has apparently happened is that the file association for . docx files has become reassigned to docHub Reader or whatever application you use to open and read PDFs. (I assume that if your documents still have a . docx extension and still display a Word icon and that you can open them from within Word.)
If it only happens with Microsoft Word, you should check its default encoding settings. Go to File and select Options. Then, choose Advanced and scroll down until you find the General category. Here, you can change the default file format and Plain Text file encoding.
- To change the default app, go to the Settings of your Android device and select the Apps Notifications tab. In some devices, the Apps Notifications may be seen as Installed Apps or App Manager. - Select the app that is opening the PDF files on your device.
If PDF to Word is not converting properly, you should consider whether your PDF reader is out of date. If yes, you should update it to the latest version. Here we take docHub as an example. To do this work, you can launch docHub, click on Menu on the top toolbar, and select Help Check for updates.
Press the Windows Key + S, begin typing and click on Turn Windows features on or off. Find Microsoft Print to PDF and check or uncheck the box next to that.
Most probably your docHub PDF is selected as your default printer. Changing the default printer should solve the issue.
Choose Options at the bottom of the left navigation pane. In the Word Options dialog, go to the Save category. Look for the Save files in this format or a similar option. Ensure it is set to Word Document (*.
Check default program settings: Right-click on a PDF file on your computer and select Open With from the context menu. Choose Choose another app or Open With Choose default program. Make sure that Microsoft Word is not selected as the default program for opening PDFs.
