Microsoft Edge is now a good PDF reader, while DocHub is a powerful PDF editor. Edge is quicker and simpler for many tasks, especially with pen and touch support. It is the default PDF viewer in Windows 10 and 11, making it easy to open PDFs. The PDF toolbar in Edge allows for easy viewing and simple changes like zoom and page layout. Touch features like pinch to zoom and smooth scrolling work well. The pen and highlighter icons in Edge make it easy to mark up PDFs.
