Theres even an option to add check boxes and a dropdown menu. And the best part about all this is that you only need two tools and they are completely free to use. So, without further ado, let me show you how to do this. All right, so the very first step youre going to want to take is to create your actual form or worksheet. And the best tool to use to actually create it and design it is, none other than, Canva. So, if you dont have a Canva account yet, look in the description box below. Theres a link to a 30 day trial of Canva Pro. However, you do not need a Canva Pro account. Once youve signed up, simply head to your homepage and we are going to create our form. Head over to Create a design and the size that you want is the typical US Letter or A4 document. So, I can simply search f

Simply follow these five steps: Start the Create PDF tool in the Tools view. Select Web Page as the conversion type. Paste in the web page URL or select browse to manually locate an HTML file. Set your conversion preferences. Select Create to save your PDF.
This option might work if the PDF is text-based and uses simple formatting. Open Word. Click on the Word app to open it. Select the PDF you want to convert. Go to File Open. Open the PDF. Click Open. The PDF will open as a read-only document. Save the file as a Word doc.
Go to the Safari page you want to save select File Save As. In the Export As field, enter a name for the saved file. Choose preferred save location and file format Save.
If youre using the Acrobat desktop application, follow these easy instructions to complete your fillable form: Open the application, click the Tools tab, and select Prepare Form. Upload your document. Add form fields where appropriate. Save and download your form as a PDF.
Mac users. Open the print menu by pressing Command+P. From the PDF drop-down menu (in the lower-left corner), choose Save as PDF. (In Chrome you may be able to skip this step and select Open PDF in Preview.)
Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
The easiest way to save a webpage as a PDF in Chrome is to go to the Print options and change how the file is saved to your computer. You can select PDF as an option and save the file.
