Export the Visio diagram to a Word document Make sure your diagram has shapes with text and some shapes have shape data. If you have a multi-page diagram, select the page you want. On the Process tab, in the Export group, select Word. If you want, customize the Word document from the Export to Word pane.
How to convert picture to PDF on Android Open your web browser and navigate to the Convert JPG to PDF tool. Tap Select a File and choose your picture. The tool automatically converts your picture to a PDF. Download your freshly converted PDF.
On your computer, after opening Google Drive, open Google Docs using the Google Chrome browser. At the top, click File Print. Next to Destination, select Save as PDF. At the top, click Save.
Open Acrobat and choose Tools Create PDF. Select the VSD file from which you want to create a PDF. Click Create or Next depending on the file type. Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.
The former is a free office suite similar to MS Office (which is what Visio is a part of) and the latter is a free tool from Microsoft that, once installed, will open VSD files in your web browser. LibreOffice and ConceptDraw PRO can open VSD files on macOS as well as Windows. Mac users can also use VSD Viewer.
Scan documents as PDFs on an Android device and open the Drive app. Tap New. Scan . When youre done scanning, tap OK. (Optional) To scan multiple pages, tap Bulk add. OK. Tap Save. Enter a name for the file, choose a Drive account to save the file to and a Drive folder, and tap Save.
View a diagram Sign in to Microsoft 365. Navigate to the OneDrive for work or school folder or SharePoint in Microsoft 365 document library. If necessary, upload the Visio diagram (. vsdx). For more information, see Upload files and folders to a document library. Select the diagram to open it in a new browser tab.
