The steps are similar if youre using docHub software: In the File menu, choose Create PDF from File. In the Open dialog box, select the file you want to convert. Click Open to convert the file to a PDF. Choose File Save or File Save As to name your PDF and decide where it should be saved.
Open the PDF document using a PDF reader, such as docHub Reader. Select the text you want to extract by dragging your mouse cursor over the desired area. Right-click on the selected text and choose the Copy option. Open a text editor or word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
With the conversation loaded and group selected, navigate to File, select Print, and choose the Save As PDF option. Save to your desktop, to the cloud, or wherever you typically securely store your files.
To convert an email to a PDF, youll first need to navigate to the Print dialog box within the specific email you want to convert. The Print dialog box might be represented by a printer icon, or might be found under additional menu options. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
Windows PC Open the document and attempt to print.(Click File and choose Print on the menu) When presented with your printer options, select docHub PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF. Click Print. This will prompt you to rename and save the file.
Be sure to give the entire thread time to load or at least as far back as you want to save. Export away. With the conversation loaded and group selected, navigate to File, select Print, and choose the Save As PDF option. Save to your desktop, to the cloud, or wherever you typically securely store your files.
If youve just got a few really important threads to save, go to the message thread on your phone, tap the 3-dot menu, and select Save as file or something similar (might vary depending on the Android version). Then, just email that file to yourself and open it on your PC.
Select Save . If the file was previously saved, select File Save a Copy. If the file is unsaved, select File Save As. Select Browse to choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file. In the drop-down list, select PDF. Select Save.
