On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file.
Saving PowerPoint Slides as PDF on Mac One way is to select File Save As and choose PDF as the file format. This will save the slides as a PDF document on your Mac.
On your Mac its just a matter of: File Print. Select the Handouts (2 slides per page) Layout. Click the PDF button select Save As PDF.
Save presentation as password protected PDF Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
How to remove a password from a PDF using Preview Open the PDF in Preview. Type in the password. Click the File menu and choose Export. Give the file a name and choose where to save it. Click Save.
Move the pointer next to the documents name in the title bar, click the arrow that appears, then select or unselect the Locked tick box. Tip: To lock or unlock a file in the Finder, select the file, choose File Get Info, then select or unselect the Locked tick box.
Export your presentation to PDF format Click File Export. On the File Format menu, click, PDF.
