Export your presentation to PDF format Click File Export. On the File Format menu, click, PDF.
How to Convert a PowerPoint to PDF with Embedded Links: Open your PowerPoint presentation. Click on File and then select Save As. Choose the location where you want to save the file. In the Save as type dropdown menu, select PDF.
Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation Encrypt with Password. In the Password box, enter the password youd like to use. Select OK.
Step 1: Open the Finder and choose the PowerPoint presentation you want to lock. Step 2: Right-click the presentation and then click Get Info. Step 3: Under General, select the Locked check box.
Select Restrict Editing in the dialog box if you want to prevent the finished PDF file from being changed without your permission. Save as PDF file: Select a folder for the exported file or click Choose a Different Folder and navigate to the appropriate folder. Name your document and click Save.
