In today's video, I will show you how to export a PowerPoint presentation into a PDF file. The first method is to go to File, scroll down to Export, and select Create PDF. You can name the file, choose where to save it, and select the size optimization. You can choose to export the entire document, current slide, or a selection of slides. You can also select a range of slides and include slides, handouts, note pages, and outline view. Additionally, you can select options such as frame slides, hiding slides, comments, and ink, as well as include non-printing information and other PDF options.
