First, open the Office document you would like to protect. Click the File menu, select the Info tab, and then select the Protect Document button. Click Encrypt with Password. Enter your password then click OK.
How to Convert PPTX to PDF in Python Load PPTX file with an instance of Presentation class. Call the save method while specifying output file path SaveFormat.PDF as parameters. PPTX file will be saved at the specified path.
Password encryption scrambles a PDF files contents into unintelligible cipher text. Removing the password is not enough any hacker would also need to figure out how to reconstruct the document data. As such, its best to use password encryption instead of a plain password.
How to secure a PDF. Launch docHub and select the Protect tool from the Tools menu. Choose your protection settings. Once youve protected your file, save it as a separate copy for safekeeping. Select Share With Others from the top toolbar. Add the recipients email addresses. Select Send to share your file.

Save presentation as password protected PDF Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
