Today, learn how to convert your PowerPoint presentation into a PDF to share without allowing modifications. This is a great way to present on the web and I will also show a hidden feature at the end. In PowerPoint, go to the file menu, select export, then choose PDF/XPS to create the PDF. Specify where to save, name the file, and select quality level (standard for top quality but more space). Enjoy this convenient trick!

Follow these steps to convert a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation into a PDF document: Click Select a file button, or drag and drop powerpoint files. Select . PPT or . PPTX file format which you want to convert to PDF. Click convert PPT. Download your new PDF to share it.
