Taylor provides three techniques for converting PowerPoint to PDF within Microsoft PowerPoint without the need for third-party software. It is crucial to understand that not all content will convert properly to PDF, so it is important to check for any potential information loss before conversion. Converting to PDF decreases the size of the presentation, making it easier to share or email. For example, an 11.4 MB PowerPoint file converted to just 3.4 MB as a PDF, one third of the original size. Spot checking before conversion is essential to avoid losing important information in the process.
