hi friends and welcome to tiny technical tutorials where we do bite-size lessons for todays tech in this video im going to show you two ways to convert a powerpoint deck into a pdf with no special software required so here i have a deck ive got 19 slides and maybe i want to email this to somebody as a pdf perhaps they dont have powerpoint or maybe i want to protect the file from changes whatever the reason i need this to be in a pdf format theres two ways to do this first is to just save it as a pdf come up to file save as and then over here rather than saving it as a pptx or powerpoint presentation just choose pdf say save now if i come into that folder youll see its a pdf here and there you go okay back to our powerpoint the second way you can save this as a pdf is to print it to pdf for this well come up to file again and then down to print and under printers you should have a microsoft print to pdf youll have your other printers here your physical printers but this ones j

Overlapping objects or objects with transparency can cause issues with exporting. Try rearranging or adjusting the objects on the slide and then exporting again. If the slide contains any animations or transitions, try removing them and then exporting the slide as a PDF.
