In today's video, the creator demonstrates how to export a PowerPoint presentation into a PDF file. The first method is to go to File, scroll down to Export, and select Create PDF. The user can name the file, choose where to save it, and select the size optimization. Options allow for exporting the entire document, current slide, or selection of slides. Users can also choose to publish slides, handouts, note pages, and outline view. Additional options include frame slides, hiding slides, comments, ink, non-printing information, and other PDF options.

Overlapping objects or objects with transparency can cause issues with exporting. Try rearranging or adjusting the objects on the slide and then exporting again. If the slide contains any animations or transitions, try removing them and then exporting the slide as a PDF.
Go to File Options Advanced Image Size and Quality. Apply the image size and quality settings to the current document or to all new documents. Click Do not compress images in file. For default resolution, select High fidelity.
Select File Export. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to. If you want it to have a different name, enter it in the File name box.
