Specify the save location, file name, and quality level (standard for top quality).

How to print multiple PDF slides per page Open the PDF file and save it to the Desktop. Open the PDF file from Desktop. Click File Print. Click the Multiple button. Choose number of Pages per sheet and Page order. Tick the Print on both sides of paper option. Choose Flip on long edge OR Flip on short edge. Choose Orientation.
To save PowerPoint as PDF with multiple slides: Open your PowerPoint and click on File. Click on Export, choose to Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS. Make sure Save as type: says PDF (*.pdf), then click on Options.
To add a watermark to your PDF file, click on the Watermark tab located on the left side of the page. In the Watermark section, click on the Add Watermark button. A popup window will appear where you can customize your watermark.
Export your presentation to PDF format Click File Export. On the File Format menu, click, PDF.
How do you save a PowerPoint as a PDF with multiple slides per page on a Mac? Printing multiple slides on a page is part of the print options menu. Go to OrintOptions, set-up the layout you want, and Save As PDF from there.
How to print multiple power point slides from Mac onto the same paper Open Powerpoint. Go to File - Print. Select the box labeled Layout Choose the option that works for you (2-9 slides per page, notes, outline.) You will be able to see a preview of your choices! Once youre ready to export your presentation, follow these steps: Click File on the top toolbar, then Print. Choose Show Details. Under the Layout dropdown menu, click Notes. Select Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown menu. Click Save.
