From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Multiple Pages Per Sheet. From the Pages Per Sheet pop-up menu, select a value. From the Page Order pop-up menu, select Horizontal, Horizontal Reversed, Vertical, or Vertical Reversed: Click OK or Print.
Select File Save As. Choose the location where youd like to save your PDF, and then in the File Format menu, choose PDF.
On the top left side of the PowerPoint application, choose File -- Print. In the Settings section of the menu, click the first box below Slides and choose from the Handouts field. Select the number of slides per page you desire.
How to print multiple PDF slides per page Open the PDF file and save it to the Desktop. Open the PDF file from Desktop. Click File Print. Click the Multiple button. Choose number of Pages per sheet and Page order. Tick the Print on both sides of paper option. Choose Flip on long edge OR Flip on short edge. Choose Orientation.
You can use the Print option to save your Word documents, Excel workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations as PDF files. on your phone. On the File tab, tap Print. If not already selected, tap Save as PDF on the drop-down list, and then tap Save.
If you have PowerPoint 2010 or more recent, you can save your PowerPoint file as a PDF file with 3 slides per page and note lines to the right. For PowerPoint 2016/2013: Open your PowerPoint and click on File. Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS.
In Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, choose the hamburger menu (Windows) or the File menu (macOS) Print. Select Multiple from the Page Scaling Handling section of the Print dialog box. From the Pages per sheet menu, select a value.
To begin converting your presentation to PDF, click Click here to view the PDF of your document. In the Print box that appears, under Page Sizing Handling, click Multiple, and then next to Pages per sheet, click the Custom down arrow, and pick the number of slides that you want per handout page.
