How to convert a PPT to PDF Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a file into the drop zone. Select the PPTX or PPT file you want to convert to PDF. Watch Acrobat automatically convert the file from PPT and save as PDF format. Download your new PDF or sign in to share it.
Save a single slide as an image In Normal view, open the slide you want to save. On the File menu, select Export. Under File Format, select the image format you want (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or BMP). Select Save Current Slide Only. You may also enter a size for your slide image in the Width and Height boxes. Select Export.
If you have PowerPoint 2010 or more recent, you can save your PowerPoint file as a PDF file with 3 slides per page and note lines to the right. For PowerPoint 2016/2013: Open your PowerPoint and click on File. Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS.
How to print PowerPoint as a PDF with notes. Click File on the top toolbar, then Print. Choose Show Details. Under the Layout dropdown menu, click Notes. Select Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown menu. Click Save.
Select File Save As. Choose the location where youd like to save your PDF, and then in the File Format menu, choose PDF.
How Do You Export a PPT with a Video? Open the PowerPoint presentation. Click on File and then Save As. Choose the location where you want to save the file. Select PDF from the drop-down menu next to Save as type. Click Save.

Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS. Make sure Save as type: says PDF (*. pdf), then click on Options Under Publish options, change the Publish what: drop-down to Handouts, and then change Slides per page to 3.
