hi viewers today i would like to show you all how to password protect a pdf file on iphone lets have a look if you wish to lock a pdf file available locally on your iphone first open files app if you dont have files app you can download it from app store make sure your pdf file available in your files app tap browse on bottom right then tap on my iphone note that pdf files stored on your icloud drive cannot be locked on ios 15. only locally saved files can be password protected now open the file that you wish to lock when the pdf file loads up tap on the share icon at the bottom left corner of the screen this will bring up the share sheet tap lock pdf you will be asked to set the password for your pdf file type your desired password inside the password field re-enter same password to verify it when password entered tap done on top right thats it your file now be locked and password protected you will see your password protected file marked with a lock icon tap on the password protec
