Today, I will show you how to password protect a PDF file on iPhone using the Files app. Make sure the PDF file is locally saved on your iPhone, not on iCloud Drive. Open the Files app, browse to find your PDF file, then tap on it. Click on the share icon at the bottom left, select "Lock PDF", set your desired password, and confirm it. Your file is now password protected with a lock icon.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
