To combine multiple PDFs into one document on your Mac, open the PDFs you want to combine, select all, then go to File > Print. In the Print menu, choose PDF and select 'Save as PDF'. Choose a name for the new file, select a location to save it, add any information if desired, then click Save. The pages will be combined into a single PDF file.
