To print multiple drawings in a single Visio file without them breaking into multiple parts, the solution is to save the file as a PDF. Change the file type to PDF by going to File, selecting Save As, double-clicking on This PC, and choosing PDF. Each drawing will be on its own PDF page, but the pages may vary in size. To make the entire PDF document uniform in page size, reprint the PDF in DocHub, also known as refrying the PDF. Crop each drawing to remove any white space, then go to File and print with default settings for a letter size PDF with Fit for the Page sizing and handling.
