Open the PDF file in Word by going to File, Open, and browsing for the PDF file. Word will convert the PDF into an editable Word document. Part 1. The Easiest Way to Convert PDF to Image on Windows 10/11 Find the PDF file and open it in UPDF. Start the UPDF app on your PC by double-clicking the desktop icon.
