Crop or rotate a PDF in Preview on Mac In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isnt showing), then click the Rectangular Selection button . Select the portion of the page you want to keep. Click the Crop button in the Markup toolbar (or use the Touch Bar).
Flipping a PDF image on a Mac is a straightforward process that can be done using the Preview app, which is built into the operating system. Here are the steps to follow. Open the PDF file in Preview. Click the Tools menu and select Flip Horizontal or Rotate Left or Rotate Right from the options.
How to change the default PDF viewer on Mac. Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file. On the menu, click Get Info. Navigate to the Open With: section and select docHub or Reader from the drop-down list. Tap Change All to apply this change to all future PDF documents. Tap Continue to finish.

Steps to drawing with Mac Preview If you havent added another default, this program will open any PDF file that you click on twice. Open the file in Preview by default, or control-click the file and choose Preview. Click Show Markup Toolbar. Click the Draw icon.
Use the Finder to open your PDF in Acrobat, then select File. From the drop-down menu, select Export to Image. Choose the image format you want to export your PDF as, such as JPG. Click Export.
In order to open the PDF in Paint, you need to convert the PDF into an image file first. Once the document has been added to UPDF, click the Export PDF icon on the right and then select Image as the output format. In the new pop-up window, choose an image format that Paint supports (PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF or GIF).
