How to share a PDF as a link on Mac. Open your PDF in docHub. Click the icon labeled Share a link to this file. By default, the Allow Comments switch is turned on. To share the file only for viewing, click the switch to turn it off. The link is created and copied by default.
Step 1: Open a PDF with Preview. Then click Tools Annotate Text to add a text box to the PDF. Step 2: Put the text box to where you want it, and enter the desired URL in the text box.
Grab your Mac device and open your HTML file in the Safari browser. Navigate to the Safari menu bar on the interfaces top left and click File. Choose Export as PDF, enter the name, and select storage location to save the converted file. Dont forget to hit the Save button at the end!
Share a link to your presentation In the upper right corner, click the Share icon and then click Copy Link. If the file is on your device, youll be asked to upload the file to the cloud first. Paste the link wherever you need.
Add links to documents on Mac Choose Edit Substitutions Smart Links (a checkmark shows its on). Type a URL, and it becomes a link automatically. Select the text to change to a link, choose Edit Add Link or Format Add Link, then type or paste the URL.
Create an HTML file In the TextEdit app on your Mac, choose File New, then choose Format Make Plain Text. Enter the HTML code. Choose File Save, type a name followed by the extension . html (for example, enter index. html), then click Save. When prompted about the extension to use, click Use . html.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
