This tutorial explains how to convert JPG to PDF. To begin, open the image location on your PC and right-click on a JPG photo. Select "Open with" and then click on the Photos app link. In the Photos app, select multiple photos to add to a single PDF file. Click on the printer icon and choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" from the drop-down menu. Ensure all photos are added as individual pages by clicking on the arrow button in the preview panel. Finally, select a location to save the PDF file, give it a file name, and click on save.
