all right guys so im gonna show you to change the default mac programs for opening up files like xos stock uh pdfs and that kind of stuff okay so first for just one file individually and then for all files of the same extension so just for example we have this xos now if you right click on it so first just for this file individually now you see we have open width now this is just gonna do it for this one time but if you hold down on option then you see a change to always open width so yeah you can change it from uh microsoft excel to the pre-installed numbers and just so you know guys if you dont see excel then in the top right corner just search right here just search for excel and make sure its downloaded all right so now for all uh files with this extension so once again right click and then go to get info all right so you see right here it says open with so you can change it right here but if you want to change it for all files that are similar with the same extension then well

Change advanced settings in Excel. To avoid common formatting issues, such as cut-off text or shifted margins, you can make adjustments in both the Page Layout tab or the Page Setup menu option. Once youre happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option.
How to export Excel as PDF as one page? Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As.
Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
Use Fit to Page Option: When exporting the Excel file to PDF, choose the Fit to Page option to ensure that the entire document fits within the printable area. This option can be found in the PDF Export window under the Page tab.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
