Here are the steps to follow: Open your Excel workbook. Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen. Select Save As. Choose PDF (*. Click on the Options button. In the Publish Options section, select Minimum size (publishing online). Click on OK. Choose a location to save the PDF file.
Save as PDF Open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap File on your tablet or tap the File icon. on your phone. On the File menu, tap Print. If not already selected, tap Microsoft Print to PDF on your tablet or tap PDF on your phone. Tap Print. On your tablet, the Save Output As page appears.
To export your Excel as one page, simply adjust the Page setup settings: Head to File Page setup Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Click Ok. Now head to File Save As. Select PDF for your format and adjust the other settings to your preferences.
To convert the Excel file into a PDF that fits the width the user needs to follow the steps below: Click on File Save As docHub PDF Select: -Entire Workbook. - Fit to paper width. Click on Convert to PDF.
Within the Settings section, hit the No Scaling drop-down menu to save Excel in PDF fit-to-page format. Now, look for the Fit Sheet on One Page option to complete this process. Afterward, click the Print button and then save your converted file in your preferred location.
Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum.
