Welcome to another Spreadsheeters video guide! You can find written instructions for these tips on the Spreadsheeters website. In this video, we will see how to save Excel as PDF without cutting off. The PDF format is commonly used when sharing information in Excel because the spreadsheet layout may not always fit on a page. If the data on the worksheet cannot fit into a page, it gets split and cut into separate pages when saved as a PDF. Before saving as a PDF, it's better to look at the print preview to see how the page will look when printed or saved. To do this, go to File and select Print for a preview.
