This video tutorial shows three different methods to convert an Excel spreadsheet to a PDF. Use Fit to Page Option: When exporting the Excel file to PDF, choose the Fit to Page option to ensure that the entire document fits within the printable area. This option can be found in the PDF Export window under the Page tab.
Tips to Convert Excel to PDF without Losing Formulas Check the Export Formulas option: Make sure that you check the Export Formulas option in the Options dialog box during the conversion process. This ensures that all formulas are included in the PDF file.

If you dont have access to a PDF tool, you can download your workbook as a PDF directly from Excel. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum.
Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
Click on the Protection tab on the Format Object window and ensure that the Locked checkbox is ticked. Click on it to tick the box, if necessary. Click the OK button to close the window.
To fit the Excel spreadsheet to one page, click on No Scaling under Settings and choose Fit Sheet on One Page; now hit the Print button. A dialog box will appear, and here you have to enter a name, choose a location where you want to save the file, and hit the Save button to print Excel to PDF in one page.
