welcome to another spreadsheeters video guide you can find written instructions for these tips on the spreadsheeters website in this video well see how to save Excel as PDF without cutting off the PDF format is commonly used when sharing information in Excel because of the spreadsheet layout it is not always possible to figure out how the data is going to fit on a page so when Im saving it as a PDF if the data on the worksheet cannot fit into a page the data gets split and cut and comes on separate pages so when saving is a PDF Ill have the data which should or could appear on a single page cut off and separate it into different pages so before saving it as a PDF it is better to look at the print preview which will show you how the page will look like when I had to have to print it or save it as a PDF so in this example I have some data here I want to see how it looks like on the page for that I go to file and say print now here this gives me a print preview now when I look down it

How to export Excel as PDF as one page? Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As.
Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
Change advanced settings in Excel. To avoid common formatting issues, such as cut-off text or shifted margins, you can make adjustments in both the Page Layout tab or the Page Setup menu option. Once youre happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option.
Use the Fit to Page option before exporting to PDF: Select the chart in Excel. Go to the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. Click on the Print Area dropdown and select Fit to Page or Fit to Sheet. Adjust the scaling options if needed.
Use Fit to Page Option: When exporting the Excel file to PDF, choose the Fit to Page option to ensure that the entire document fits within the printable area. This option can be found in the PDF Export window under the Page tab.
After you convert your PDF document to XLSX, you can edit the file in Microsoft Excel for the web right from Acrobat.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
