In this video, we will explore five ways to convert Excel files into PDF documents. The first method is to save a copy of the workbook by selecting PDF as the file type in the file tab. We can choose a new location and additional PDF options before hitting the Save button. Another option is to export the file by selecting create PDF in the file tab and pressing the create PDF button. This opens a menu where we can choose a new location, select PDF options, and hit the publish button to create the PDF.

Click File Save as. In the Save As dialog window, select PDF (. *pdf) from the Save as type drop-down list. If you want to view the resulting PDF file after saving, make sure the Open file after publishing check box is selected.

If not already selected, tap Microsoft Print to PDF on your tablet or tap PDF on your phone. Tap Print. On your tablet, the Save Output As page appears.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum. Click Options and adjust settings, including the area to publish. Click OK. Name the file and click Publish.
Watermarking the Excel Document Open the document in Microsoft Excel and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter printer and click Properties. Choose PDF document as an output file format. Go to the Watermark menu and select Text label or Picture. Click OK to start the conversion process of Excel into PDF.
Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As. Select PDF for your format and adjust the other settings to your preferences.
