Save a document as a PDF on Mac On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF. Choose a name and location for the PDF file. To protect your document with a password, click Security Options.
Using Safari on your Mac, you can save the HTML file. Step 1: Open HTML File. Double-click the target HTML file to open it with Safari or other default browsers. Print the Page. On the top menu, select the FilePrint button to open the Print dialog window. Save HTML as PDF on Mac.
How to convert HTML files to PDFs. Open the HTML web page in your Microsoft, Google, or Mozilla browser. Select Convert to PDF in the docHub PDF toolbar. Name the file and save the new PDF file in your desired location.
How to save a document as PDF on Mac (from Google Chrome) Open Google Chrome and browse to the webpage you wish to save as PDF. In the Print window, click on the Change button underneath the print Destination Under Local Destinations, select Save as PDF Click on Save.
Click the More Options button three vertical dots on the far-left of the browsers top ribbon. Click on the Print option. Change Destination to Save As PDF. Navigate to the location you would like to save your new PDF document and click Save.
Mac users Open the print menu by pressing Command+P. From the PDF drop-down menu (in the lower-left corner), choose Save as PDF. (In Chrome you may be able to skip this step and select Open PDF in Preview.) When prompted, choose where you want to save the file.
The example shown will cover how to save a webpage open in Safari as a PDF document. Open Safari and browse to the webpage you wish to save as PDF. Click on the Safari option bar at the top-left of your screen and go to File and Export as PDF Select a name and a location and click on Save
